Amethyst Tumbled Stone

Lavender to rich violet quartz, some pieces softly banded with lighter purple. A classic stone with a glassy polish that catches the light.

Care and cleaning

• Wash in warm water with a little mild soap and dry with a soft cloth. Quartz is hard, but a sharp knock can still chip an edge.
• Keep it out of strong, direct sunlight for long periods: the colour of amethyst can fade with prolonged exposure to intense light. Avoid steam cleaning and high heat.
